The "Thing I Did" last week (trademarking my signature treatment) is continuing to manifest! 😮😁
I have just received a serial number from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This step allows me to use the symbol (TM) on the process name. In the next 7 - 9 months, it will be examined by a USPTO examining attorney. After the final trademark registration, I will be allowed to use the registered trademark symbol: a "R" in a circle - (R) on the process name. I am so happy that this is all coming to fruition! 😁💚🙌
IVSBTM (Integrated Vibrational Sound Bodywork): is a process developed by Fred Maerkle which utilizes medical-grade weighted tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls to focus on pain relief and bodily mobility. This process loosens fascia, knotted muscles, tendons, ligaments, and stimulates blood flow. This process is also used on bone to help diagnose physical and energetic interruptions, and to stimulate nerve repair such as in cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Diabetic Neuropathy.

It’s Scientifically Proven that Sound has an effect on Cancer Cells
Experimenting with various acoustic sounds including the human voice, gong, acoustical guitar and xylophone, he found the vibrations actually transformed the cell structure. The human voice produced the most dramatic results – exploding cancer cells and energizing healthy ones; however, the rich overtones of the gong being played for 21 minutes also caused the cancer cells to disintegrate and ultimately explode.
Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, a leading oncologist who had pioneered new strategies for the treatment and prevention of cancer. Dr. Gaynor, author of the book “The Healing Power of Sound”, actively used sound in his integrative oncology practice.
